General Participation Agreement

Thank you for joining Charleston Jewish Tours. Before we begin, please read and sign the following:

Acknowledgment of Risks:
I understand that this tour may involve walking on uneven surfaces, being outdoors in various weather conditions, and transportation in a private vehicle. I acknowledge that these activities carry certain inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, heat exhaustion, or vehicle-related incidents.

Assumption of Risk:
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation.

Release of Liability:
I release and hold harmless Charleston Jewish Tours, its owner, employees, contractors, and partners from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Emergency Authorization:
In case of an emergency, I authorize Charleston Jewish Tours to seek medical assistance on my behalf and understand that I am financially responsible for any costs incurred.

This is a waiver and release of liability. I have read this entire document. By signing this waiver, I am indicating my voluntary agreement to the provisions of this waiver and release of liability.

Participation in the tour(s) by a person who is not yet 18 years old indicates that a parent or legal guardian has also read and consented to this waiver.
